Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan melihat struktur jatuh tempo perusahaan di Indonesia pada siklus hidup perusahaan yang dibagi menjadi empat tahap yaitu introduction, growth, mature, dan decline. Studi dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 446 sampel perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) kecuali industri keuangan pada periode tahun 2008-2020. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan adalah panel data model dengan fixed effect. Hasil studi dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan siklus hidup perusahaan pada tahap introduction dan growth memilih menggunakan hutang jangka panjang dibandingkan perusahaan pada tahap mature dan decline./ This study aims to examine and see the maturity structure of companies in Indonesia in the company's life cycle which is divided into four stages, namely introduction, growth, mature, and decline. The study was conducted using a purposive sampling data collection technique using 446 samples of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) except for the financial industry in the period 2008-2020. The data analysis method used is a panel data model with a fixed effect. The results of the study from the research conducted show that the company's life cycle in the introduction and growth stages chooses to use long-term debt compared to companies in the mature and decline stages.
