Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesetiaan konsumen kepada brand Janji Jiwa di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang mengetahui dan pernah mencoba produk Janji Jiwa. Hasil dari data yang diperoleh akan diolah dengan metode analisis SmartPLS v. 3.3.3 dan jumlah responden yang digunakan pada tahap pre-test adalah 100 responden dan dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Setelah itu baru dilakukan uji yang sebenarnya dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 350 responden dan melakukan analisis data yang lebih rinci. Penelitian kali ini memiliki sembilan hipotesis yang didukung oleh penelitian sebelumnya dan hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian kali ini adalah empat hipotesis didukung yaitu brand image terhadap satisfaction, brand image terhadap brand trust, satisfaction terhadap brand trust, dan satisfaction terhadap brand loyalty dan lima hipotesis ditolak yaitu brand trust terhadap brand loyalty, brand love memoderasi hubungan satisfaction terhadap brand loyalty, brand love memoderasi hubungan brand trust terhadap brand loyalty, brand respect memoderasi hubungan satisfaction dengan brand loyalty, dan brand respect memoderasi hubungan brand trust dengan brand loyalty.
