Abstract
Tujuan dari peneletian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk dan lokasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Restoran Padang Pagi Sore Alam Sutera Tangerang. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah seluruh pelanggan yang pernah makan di Restoran Padang Pagi Sore Alam Sutera, Tangerang dalam kurung waktu Oktober-November 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 400 sampel, terdiri dari 205 laki-laki dan 195 perempuan. Alat untuk pemngumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi 22 pernyataan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS v3.3.3 sebagai software untuk menghitung data. Berdasarkan data yang sudah dianalisis harga dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. / The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of price, product quality and location on customer loyalty at Restaurant Padang Pagi Sore Alam Sutera, Tangerang. In this research, the population was all customers who had eaten at the Restaurant Padang Pagi Sore Alam Sutera, Tangerang in the Oktober-November 2021. This research used purposive sampling with a total of 400 samples, consisting of 205 males and 195 females. The tool for collecting data in this study used a questionnaire containing 22 statements. Data analysis in this study is inferential statistics using Smart-PLS v 3.3.3 as software to calculate data. Based on the data that has been analyzed, price and location affect customer satisfaction, while product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty.
