Abstract

Dari Laporan Keuangan (Neraca, Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Laporan Arus Kas), kebanyakan perusahaan termasuk PT. Sansho Rubber Indonesia menilai baik atau buruknya kinerja keuangan secara sederhana hanya melihat dari indikator tercapainya target Penjualan (Sales), menghasilkan Laba (Profit), memberikan Dividen (Dividend), dan mengelola Arus Kas (Cash Flow). Sebelumnya PT. Sansho Rubber Indonesia belum pernah melakukan Analisa Laporan Keuangan secara komprehensif karena masih sangat terbatas. Manajemen Keuangan juga belum mengenal baik alat ukur (Rasio Laporan Keuangan) yang diperlukan.
