Penelitian ini dirancang dengan tujuan agar dapat mengetahui pengaruh asimetri informasi dan reaksi pasar terhadap kinerja perusahaan sebelum dan pada periode pandemi Covid-19. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia kecuali sektor non-finance pada tahun 2018-2020. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 953 sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi berganda linier. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, asimetri informasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan pada periode pandemi Covid-19, asimetri informasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan tidak ditemukan bukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap reaksi pasar, dan pada periode Covid-19, kinerja perusahaan memberikan reaksi pasar positif (incremental response coefficient)./This study was designed with the aim of knowing the effect of information asymmetry and market reactions on company performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic period. The research population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange except for the non-finance sector in 2018-2020. The sample selection method used purposive sampling and obtained 953 research samples. This research uses multiple linear regression model. Based on the test results, information asymmetry has an influence on company performance and during the Covid-19 pandemic period, information asymmetry has no effect on company performance. There is no evidence that the company's performance has an influence on market reaction, and during the Covid-19 period, the company's performance gave a positive market reaction (incremental response coefficient).
