Abstract

Karyawan lama dan baru sering dihadapkan oleh Role Stressor di tempat kerja. Role Stressor merupakan tekanan yang dialami karyawan di tempat kerja. Role Stressor terdiri atas 3 jenis yaitu: Role Ambiguity, Role Conflict, Role Overload. Ketika organisasi tidak melakukan Employee Orientation dengan baik, maka karyawan akan merasa bingung atas apa yang harus ia lakukan dan tidak memahami sama sekali peran kerja individu di organisasi tersebut sehingga dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Hubungan antara Role Stressor dan Employee Orientation terhadap Job Outcomes dengan Relationship Conflict sebagai variable mediasi pada karyawan tetap yang bekerja di kota bitung provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota bitung provinsi Sulawesi Utara dengan metode survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Peneli mengambil sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling/ Old and new employees are often confronted by role stressors at work. Role stressors are pressures experienced by employees at work. There are 3 types of Role Stressors, namely: Role Ambiguity, Role Conflict, and Role Overload. When the organization does not perform Employee Orientation properly, the employee will feel confused about what he should do and do not understand at all the individual work roles in the organization so that it can reduce employee performance.This study aims to examine the effect of Role Stressor on Employee Orientation and Job Outcomes with Relationship Conflict as a mediating variable for permanent employees who work at Bitung area, North Sulawesi province. This research was conducted at the Bitung area of North Sulawesi province with a survey method using a questionnaire instrument. This study uses quantitative methods. Researchers took samples using the Purposive Sampling Technique.
