Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui factor faaktor yang mempengaruhi bertambahnya wirausahawan wanita di abad ke-21 di Indonesia. Di abad ke-21 dimanna emansipasi wanita sudah sangat biasa terjadi, yang menyebabkan sebagian wanita di banyak belahan dunia bekerja dan menjadi wirausahawan, oleh karena itu perlu diadakan penelitian untuk mengetahui factor- faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi bertambahnya wirausahawan wanita di abad ke-21 di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif atau kausal, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 276 responden yang didapatkan dengan teknik sampling non-probability dan metodenya convenience sampling, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner berbasis online, dan analisa data dilakukan dengan metode PLS- SEM. Hasil analisa data membuktikan bahwa factor sosial, factor finansial, factor psikologi, factor sumber daya, dan kepuasaan wirausahawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan atau pengembangan yang sangat positif dari pendidikan kewirausahaan yang ada di Universitas Pelita Harapan, dimana mahasiswa saat ini mampu menunjukkan pengaruh factor-faktor lingkungan yang ada terhadap implikasi wirausaha di kehidupan nyata, dan menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan karena mendapatkan pendidikan kewirausahaan yang baik. / This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence the increase in female entrepreneurs in the 21st century in Indonesia. In the 21st century where women's emancipation is very common, which causes some women in many parts of the world to work and become entrepreneurs, therefore it is necessary to conduct research to find out what factors influence the increase in women entrepreneurs in the 21st century in Indonesia. This type of research is an associative or causal research, with a research sample of 276 respondents obtained using a non-probability sampling technique and the method is convenience sampling, the data collection technique used is an online-based questionnaire, and data analysis is carried out using the PLS-SEM method. The results of data analysis prove that social factors, financial factors, psychological factors, resource factors, and entrepreneurial satisfaction have a positive effect on company performance. This study shows that there is a very positive improvement or development of entrepreneurship education at Pelita Harapan University, where current students are able to demonstrate the influence of existing environmental factors on the implications of entrepreneurship in real life, and foster an entrepreneurial mindset because they receive entrepreneurship education. the good one.
