Abstract

Dengan Kemajuan Teknologi pada saat ini juga membuat kegiatan berbelanja online menjadi lebih mudah dan praktis sehingga membuat masyarakat lebih memilih untuk berbelanja dan membeli kebutuhannya di online dibandingkan langsung datang ke toko fisik. Hal ini dapat memberikan kesempatan dan membuka peluang bagi pelaku usaha yang ingin membuka usahanya di E-commerce. E-commerce di Indonesia yang semakin maju pada saat ini salah satunya adalah Tokopedia. Penelitian ini meneliti variabel Information Quality, Privacy, Security, Product Variety, Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, dan Customer Loyalty. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan jenis data kuantitatif. Peneliti membagian kuesioner penelitian dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Form kepada 384 responden menggunakan metode penarikan purposive sampling. Peneliti membagikan kuesioner kepada orang yang pernah bertransaksi di E-commerce Tokopedia. Peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS dengan hasil penelitian Information Quality berpengaruh positif pada Customer satisfaction, Privacy tidak berpengaruh positif pada customer satisfaction, security berpengaruh positif pada customer satisfaction, Product variety berpengaruh positif pada customer satisfaction, delivery berpengaruh positif pada customer satisfaction, information quality berpengaruh positf terhadap customer loyalty, dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif pada customer loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam waktu 3 bulan, yaitu September-November 2021.
