Abstract

Pandemi SARS_Cov_2 yang terjadi pada akhir tahun 2019 mengakibatkan kenaikan Industri produk kesehatan dan kebugaran industry, salah satunya adalah produk masker Kosme. Dengan bekerja sama dengan PT Kece Entertainment, departemen marketing memutuskan untuk meluncurkan kampanye komunikasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan produk & merek melalui bantuan para influencer indonesia. Demikian penulisan ini merupakan laporan pemagangan di PT Kece Entertainment ketika perusahaan sedang menjalankan program menaikan kesadaran akan merek masker Kosme melalui influencer. PT Kece Entertainment adalah agensi kreatif yang bergerak di bidang marketing public relations. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut antara lain membuat & mengelola kampanye komunikasi, mengelola influencer media sosial, pembuatan iklan televisi & digital, rumah produksi musik, dan juga pembuatan talenta untuk hiburan. Sebagai pemagang di PT Kece Entertainment, pekerjaan pemagang antara lain mengelola aktivitas Influencer media sosial seputar kampanye brand awareness masker Kosme, mengelola Instagram PT Kece Entertainment, dan berbagai aktivitas lain dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. / Because of the SARS_Cov_2 pandemic in late 2019, the industry health and wellness product skyrocked. Because of the high opportunity, many enterpreneurs are joining the business of health and wellness products, one of which is Kosme mask. In collaboration with PT Kece Entertainment, the marketing department launced a communication campaign in order to increase the awareness of the product & the brand itself with indonesian influencer. Thus this is the writer’s report as an intern in PT Kece Entertainment when they were spreading the awareness of the Kosme Mask’s brand with the help of influencers. PT Kece Entertainment is a creative agency, specialize in marketing public relation activities. These activities include creating & managing communication campaigns, managing social media influencers, Television & digital advertisements, music production house, and also Entertainment talent grooming. As an intern for PT Kece Entertainment, the jobdesk include managing social media Influencers activity surrounding the Kosme mask’s brand awareness campaign, managing PT Kece Entertainment’s Instagram, and various activities in hopes to increase the company’s productivity.
