Abstract
Karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam sebuah perusahaan ataupun organisasi. Maka dari itu karyawan merupakan faktor yang harus dipertahankan dan dikembangkan. Cara untuk mempertahankan karyawan salah satunya adalah dengan memastikan ia dapat berkomitmen secara afeksi dalam perusahaan ataupun organisasi dimana tempat ia berada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Keterikatan Organisasi yang dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja dan Keterlibatan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Afektif karyawan. Populasi yang menjadi target dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah karyawan pertokoan retail Supermall Karawaci, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel untuk penelitian ini didasarkan pada jenis pengambilan sampel yaitu non-probability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Cara pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dengan skala Likert sebagai skala pengukuran. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan softwere SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Keterikatan Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Afektif, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Afektif, Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Afektif, Kepuasan Kerja memediasi Keterikatan Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Afektif, dan Keterlibatan Kerja memediasi Keterikatan Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Afektif. / Employees are an important factor in a company or organization. Therefore, employees are a factor that must be maintained and developed. One way to retain employees is to ensure that they can be affectionately committed to the company or organization where they are located. This study was conducted to determine whether the effect of Organizational Embeddedness mediated by Job Satisfaction and Work Engagement on the Affective Commitment of employees. The target population in the implementation of this research is the employees of retail stores Supermall Karawaci, with a total sample of 120 employees. Sampling for this study is based on the type of sampling that is non-probability with purposive sampling technique. The method of collecting data used in this study is by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale as the measurement scale. The data that has been collected is then processed using the SmartPLS software. The results showed that Organizational Embeddedness does not have a positive effect on Affective Commitment, Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Affective Commitment, Work Engagement has a positive effect on Affective Commitment, Job Satisfaction mediates Organizational Embeddedness on Affective Commitment, and Work Engagement mediates Organizational Embeddedness on Affective Commitment.
