Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kenyamanan, keamanan, promosi, kualitas layanan, dan fitur layanan terhadap penggunaan digital payment pada apotek K24 kota Yogyakarta. Dalam masa pandemi ini, telah merubah pola perilaku masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi pembayaran dengan pembayaran non tunai atau digital untuk mengurangi resiko penyebaran virus. Dengan ini, maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai hubungan kenyamanan, keamanan, promosi, kualitas layanan, dan fitur layanan terhadap penggunaan digital payment pada apotek K24 kota Yogyakarta. Pengerjaan untuk penelitian ini dilakukan dari Agustus 2021 sampai November 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online melalui Google Forms. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 300 yang terdiri dari responden pria dan wanita yang merupakan konsumen Apotek K24 dan yang menggunakan digital payment di kota Yogyakarta. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26 dan AMOS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kenyamanan, keamanan, promosi, kualitas layanan, dan fitur layanan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan digital payment pada apotek K24 kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperluas kontribusi dari penelitian sebelumnya terhadap literatur yang ada. / This research is aimed to figure out whether there is any relationship between convenience, security, promotion, service quality, and service features towards the use of digital payment at K24 pharmacies in Yogyakarta City. During this pandemic period, people's behavior patterns have changed in making payment transactions with non-cash or digital payments to reduce the spread of the virus. With this, it is necessary to conduct research on the relationship between convenience, security, promotion, service quality, and service features on the use of digital payments at K24 pharmacies in Yogyakarta city. This research was conducted from August 2021 to November 2021. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods using online questionnaires through Google Forms. This research was conducted on 300 sample of male and female respondents who are consumers of Apotek K24 and who use digital payments in the city of Yogyakarta. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 26 and AMOS 24. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between convenience, security, service quality, and service features has a positive influence on the use of digital payments at K24 pharmacies in Yogyakarta. This research is expected to contribute to the contribution of previous research to the existing literature.
