Abstract

Nordic countries are famous for their stellar reputation in terms of the level of social welfare, both from the education sector, health facilities, politics, etc. That there was a significant event that was previously a mutual compromise between trade unions and trade unions that resulted in a strong collective agreement regarding humane negotiations along with rights and workers that provided the means to resolve class conflicts between providers of capital and labor, from here the name trust was born. social services both in the government and private sectors that construct social trust in society which can now be found and known by a collection of countries that are in a prosperous area. Starting from the existence of a peaceful and stable government regime, affordable to free education costs, health facilities and benefits that can be accessed by all people. After doing research, these events have something to do with soft power initiated by Joseph Nye, soft power is based on culture, political values, and foreign policy. The unique thing that is owned by the Nordic region is how they do not fall into two dichotomies namely capitalism and socialism, but the Nordic economic model is actually at the middle point of this dichotomy. It has been known for its reputation of good and peaceful ownership over the years, as well as being prompt in responding to contemporary issues such as issues of gender, environment and climate change, etc. The existence of Nordic countries in institutions under the auspices of the United Nations namely UNWOMEN, UNEP, UN Peacekeeping, UNHCR is a vital forum for Nordic countries to influence and communicate their policies towards the countries concerned.
