Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan apakah perubahan kepemilikan managerial dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan di Indonesia. Kepemilikan managerial dapat mempengerahui nilai perusahaan dikarenakan kepemilikan managerial dapat menekan agency cost dan agency problem yang dapat mengurangi nilai perusahaan (Dewi & Ardiana, 2014). Penelitian ini membahas apakah dengan perubahan kepemilikan managerial perusahaan di Indonesia dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2009- 2019 serta perusahaan yang aktif diperdangkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perubahan kepemilikan managerial tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan di Indonesia./The purpose of this research is to prove whether changes in managerial ownership can affect firm value in Indonesia. Managerial ownership can affect firm value because managerial ownership can reduce agency costs and agency problems that can reduce firm value (Dewi & Ardiana, 2014). This study discusses whether changes in managerial ownership of companies in Indonesia can increase the value of companies in Indonesia. The object of this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009-2019 and companies that are actively traded. The results of this study indicate that changes in managerial ownership do not affect firm value in Indonesia.
