Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kurikulum kewirausahaan dengan model pengajaran pada pengembangan berkelanjutan pola pikir kewirausahan dengan kondisi kewirausahaan di universitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Masalah dari penelitian ini yakni sedikitnya jumlah wirausahawan di Indonesia jika dibanding dengan negara-negara lain, seperti Singapura dan Thailand. Padahal Indonesia memiliki penduduk yang banyak yakni dan jurusan manajemen menurut survei tahun lalu cukup diminati. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan desain sampel judgmental sampling, yakni hanya berlaku pada responden dengan kriteria tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan kuesioner online yaitu Google Form, respondennya yakni mahasiswa manajemen Universitas Pelita Harapan. Setelah dilakukan tes aktual, data diolah menggunakan PLS SEM yakni dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, dimana sebelum dilakukan pengumpulan data aktual, dilakukan pre-test terlebih dahulu. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kurikulum kewirausahaan dan model pengajaran supply dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif pada pola pikir kewirausahaan./ This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship curriculum with teaching models on sustainable development entrepreneurial mindset on college students with entrepreneurial climate at the university as moderating variable. The research problem is the least number of entrepreneur in Indonesia, compared to other countries, such as Singapore and Thailand. Even though Indonesia has a large population and the management department according to the last year survey is quite attractive. The type of research used is quantitative, with judgmental sampling as design sampling, which only applies to respondents with certain criteria. The data collection method used was online questionnaire, namely Google Form, the respondents are from management students of Pelita Harapan University. After did the actual test, and the data was processed using PLS SEM with application name SmartPLS 3. In this study, validity and reliability tests were carried out, where before the actual data collection was carried out, a pre-test was carried out first. From the results of this study, it is known that the entrepreneurship curriculum and supply teaching model have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial mindset.
