Abstract

Pada tahun 2020 dimulainya masa pandemi Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan pemerintah mencoba untuk membatasi beberapa hal guna untuk mencegah penularan penyebaran Covid-19 salah satunya kebiasaan dalam berbelanja. Perusahaan start up e-commerce terpaksa harus berusaha untuk berinovasi guna menarik perhatian konsumen. Karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional dan laissez-faire terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif serta terdapat kultur organisasi sebagai variable mediasi dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi sebagai variable moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada karyawan tetap yang bekerja di perusahaan start up e-commerce sebanyak 170 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara kuantitatif dan diolah menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Sedangkan, kepemimpinan laissez-faire tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, perilaku kewargaan organisasi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan kultur organisasi hanya mempengaruhi hubungan kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif./ In 2020 the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the government tried to make limitations on several things in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, one of which was shopping habits. E-commerce start-up companies are forced to innovate more in order to attract consumers' attention. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is an influence of transformational, transactional. Also, laissez-faire leadership styles on innovative work behavior and there is organizational culture as a mediating variable and organizational citizenship behavior as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on permanent employees who work in start-up e-commerce companies as many as 170 respondents with quantitative data collection techniques and processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study found that transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior. Meanwhile, laissez-faire leadership has no effect on innovative work behavior, organizational citizenship behavior does not moderate the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership on innovative work behavior and organizational culture only affects the relationship of transactional leadership on innovative work behavior.
