Abstract

Rumah susun Tanah Abang blok B merupakan rumah susun pertama yang berada di Jakarta, yang memiliki permasalahan pada sistem pencahayaan alami, penghawaan alami, dan tidak adanya RTH (Ruang Terbuka Hijau) sehingga dapat diindikasikan terjadinya SBS (Sick Building Syndrome). SBS merupakan fenomena di mana sebuah bangunan menjadi sakit yang berpengaruh kepada penghuninya, SBS dapat berasal dari faktor internal (faktor yang diatur oleh manusia) dan faktor eksternal (yang tidak dapat diatur oleh manusia). Untuk mecegah terjadinya SBS pada rusun Tanah Abang blok B dilakukan perancangan kembali, dengan pemberian RTH pada rusun Tanah Abang blok B, serta penggunaan sistem pencahayaan berupa clerestory dan penghawaan alami berupa stack ventilation dan cross ventilation dengan mengikuti indikator rumah susun sehat. Penerapan konsep arsitektur bernafas bertujuan agar udara dan sinar matahari dapat masuk ke dalam bangunan secara alami dan bangunan ditata berdasarkan sumbu dengan pemberian pembagian ruang privat dan komersil sehingga pembagian ruang terbagi secara rapih. Dengan peemberian sistem pencahayaan dan penghawaan alami dapat mencegah terjadinya SBS pada rumah susun Tanah Abang blok B, sehingga penghuninya tidak terkena SBS. / Tanah Abang flats block B is the first flat in Jakarta, which has problems with the natural lighting system, natural ventilation, and the absence of green open space so that it can be indicated that SBS (Sick Building Syndrome) occurs. SBS is a phenomenon where a building becomes sick which affects its occupants, SBS can come from internal factors (factors regulated by humans) and external factors (which cannot be regulated by humans). To prevent the occurrence of SBS in the Tanah Abang flats block B, redesign is carried out, by providing open space for the Tanah Abang flats block B, as well as the use of lighting systems in the form of clerestory and natural ventilation in the form of stack ventilation and cross ventilation by following the indicators of healthy flats. The application of the architectural concept of breathing aims so that air and sunlight can enter the building naturally and the building is arranged on an axis by giving the division of private and commercial space so that the division of space is divided neatly. By providing a natural lighting and ventilation system, it can prevent the occurrence of SBS in the Tanah Abang flat block B, so that the occupants are not exposed to SBS
