Abstract

Kejayaan Islam yang sudah tegak berdiri sejak 13 abad yang lalu ini runtuh pada tanggal 3 Maret 1924. Umat Islam yang dahulu bersatu di bawah penerapan Syariat Islam secara penuh dengan Al-Qur’an sebagai dasar negara hancur tercerai-berai menjadi lebih dari 50 negara. Kemudian muncul cita-cita Al-Nabhani, sang pendiri dari organisasi Hizbut Tahrir atau yang bisa diartikan partai pembebasan. Hizbut Tahrir hadir di berbagai negara, baik negara Muslim maupun negara lain, termasuklah Indonesia dimana Hizbut Tahrir disebut dengan HTI. Pada awalnya gerakan Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia, melaksanakan aktivitasnya melakukan secara tertutup selama 10 tahun, baru setelah itu HTI tercatat resmi dengan menyandang status badan hukum. Gerakan politik HTI ini pada dasarnya berfokus pada bagaimana membangun kesadaran politik masyarakat untuk menerapkan hukum-hukum syari’at agama Islam. HTI menganggap syari’at agama Islam sebagai solusi terbaik dalam mengatasi segala problem hidup masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan, observasi dan dokumentasi terkait dengan artikel yang berisikan tema memahami pergerakan Hizbut Tahrir sebagai organisasi terlarang di Indonesia, yang banyak tercantum di jurnal-jurnal penelitian terdahulu. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan content analysis (analisis isi). Dari hasil penelitian dapat dieksplorasi mengenai konsep khilafah yang digunakan oleh Hizbut Tahrir dalam mempengaruhi negara Islam, dimana konsep khilafah yang dibawa Hizbut Tahrir ternyata mendapat penolakan tidak hanya di negara dengan penduduk mayoritas non-Muslim, tapi juga dari negara Islam. Kemudian hasil penelitian juga mengkaji mengenai alasan pemerintah Indonesia membubarkan Hibzbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). Pembubaran tersebut menjadi polemik dikarenakan HTI sebetulnya telah lama ada di Indonesia, namun pada zaman Presiden Jokowi, HTI dianggap sebagai organisasi terlarang. / The triumph of Islam, which had stood since 13 centuries ago, collapsed on March 3, 1924. The Muslims who were united under the full application of Islamic law with the Qur'an as the basis of the state were shattered into more than 50 countries. Then came the ideals of Al-Nabhani, the founder of the Hizb ut-Tahrir organization or what could be interpreted as the liberation party. Hizb ut-Tahrir is present in various countries, both Muslim countries and other countries, including Indonesia where Hizb ut-Tahrir is called HTI. At first the Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia movement, they carried out their activities behind closed doors for 10 years, only after that HTI was officially registered with the status of a legal entity. This HTI political movement basically focuses on how to build public political awareness to apply Islamic religious laws. HTI considers Islamic law as the best solution in overcoming all the problems of people's lives. Data collection was carried out using literature, observation and documentation techniques related to articles containing the theme of understanding the Hizb ut-Tahrir movement as a banned organization in Indonesia, which were widely listed in previous research journals. The data was obtained by using the analysis of validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out based on content analysis (content analysis). From the results of the study, it can be explored about the concept of caliphate used by Hizb ut-Tahrir in influencing Islamic countries, where the concept of khilafah brought by Hizb ut-Tahrir turned out to be rejected not only in countries with a non-Muslim majority population, but also from Islamic countries. Then the results of the study also examined the reasons for the Indonesian government to dissolve Hibzbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). The disbandment became a polemic because HTI had actually existed in Indonesia for a long time, but during the time of President Jokowi, HTI was considered a banned organization.
