Abstract

Dengan luas wilayah yang kecil dan sumber daya alam yang terbatas, Singapura menjadi negara dengan perekonomian yang stabil. Migrasi yang terjadi di kawasan Asia, terutama Singapura menjadi destinasi yang menarik bagi pekerja asing. Pengaruh integrasi pasar tenaga kerja terhadap ekonomi asing yang terampil terhadap keberlanjutan perekonomian khususnya dalam bisnis dan perdagangan internasional Singapura yang inovatif dan terbuka. Adanya Kebijakan pemerintah dalam menyeimbangkan modal dan mobilitas tenaga kerja sing yang berbasis pendidikan, inovasi, perekonomian yang terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari pekerja asing terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Singapura dalam sector binis dan perdagangan internasional yang berdampak pada inovasi teknologi, infrastuktur dan juga perekonomian yang terbuka. Manfaat dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah untuk memberikan rujukan kepada peneliti dan juga pembaca akan sumber informasi dan menambah wawasan yang dapat dikembangkan terhadap topik yang dipilih yaitu kontribusi pekerja asing terhadap perekonomian Singapura periode 2010-2015.Penelitian tersebut yang akan membandingkan dan juga menganalisis dinamika perkembangan ekonomi Singapura oleh karena pekerja asing yang memasuki wilayah Singapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data sekunder dan menggunakan observasi dengan bahan dokumen serta melalui penelitian yang telah dilakukan sbeelumnya, studi dokumen dan artikel yang diperoleh melalui internet. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan dampak arus masuk tenaga kerja asing yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pasokan keterampilan tenaga kerja dalam mempertahankan daya saing internasional dan juga menjelaskan dampak signifikan tenaga kerja asing terhadap keberhasilan Singapura yang mampu menarik dan memperoleh manfaat dari investasi asing serta aktivitas ekonomi yang mencakup kegiatan ekspor dan impor./Singapore has a robust economy despite its tiny size and limited natural resources. For foreign workers, migration in the Asian region, particularly in Singapore, is a desirable destination. the impact of labor market integration on skilled foreign economies on the economy, notably in Singapore's open and creative international trade and business. The existence of government policies focused on education, innovation, and an open economy to balance capital and labor mobility. The goal of this research is to establish the influence of foreign workers on Singapore's economic growth in the business sector and international trade, which has an impact on technical innovation, infrastructure, and an open economy. The advantages of researcher-led research are that it provides references to researchers and readers on sources of information and adds insight into the chosen issue, namely the contribution of foreign workers to the Singaporean economy.This research will evaluate and assess the economic progress of Singapore as a result of foreign workers entering the country. This study use secondary data collection methods such as observation of materials and past research, as well as analyses of documents and articles received from the internet. The study's findings explain the importance of attracting and benefiting from foreign investment and economic activities, including export and export activities, by increasing the supply of labor skills. They also explain the significant impact of foreign workers on Singapore's ability to attract and benefit from foreign investment and economic activities, including export and export activities.
