Abstract
The current pandemic situation presents very high economic challenges that can increase a person's chances of committing acts of corruption. Based on previous research, the causes of corrupt behavior include greed and dissatisfaction. In order to avoid corrupt behavior, one must have a tendency to anti-corruption behavior (anti-corruption intentions). The measuring tools in this study are the quality of work life scale and the anti-corruption intention scale. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of quality of work life on the tendency of anti- corruption behavior of employees of private companies in Jakarta. The participants of this study were employees of a private company in Jakarta (N = 108). This study uses a quantitative method with the instrument quality of work life scale and anti- corruption intention scale. The results showed that there was no significant and positive effect of the quality of work life on the tendency of anti-corruption behavior (R2 0.026; p> 0.001). This may be due to several other factors. Factors that influence the research variables will also be discussed/ Situasi pandemi saat ini menghadirkan tantangan ekonomi yang sangat tinggi yang dapat meningkatkan peluang seseorang untuk melakukan tindak korupsi. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu penyebab perilaku korupsi antara lain adalah sifat tamak dan rasa tidak puas Agar terhindar dari perilaku korupsi seseorang harus memiliki kecenderungan perilaku anti korupsi (anti-corruption intentions). Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah quality of work life scale dan anti-corruption intention scale. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kecenderungan perilaku anti korupsi karyawan perusahaan swasta di Jakarta. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan swasta di Jakarta (N = 108). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen quality of work life scale dan anti-corruption intention scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kecenderungan perilaku anti korupsi (R2 0.026; p>,001). Hal ini mungkin terjadi dikarenakan beberapa faktor lain. Faktor yang mempengaruhi variabel penelitian tersebut akan turut di diskusikan.
