Abstract
Berbagai reaksi negatif terhadap psikologis akhirnya berdampak pada menurunnya psychological well- being. / Pandemic conditions made a significant psychological reaction to emerging adulthood. This happens because emerging adulthood is a stage of transition and exploration, but they are faced with the fact that everything can only be done in a limited way at home. Not only that, there are various pressures and concerns related to COVID-19 situation. Various negative reactions to psychology ultimately have an impact on decreasing psychological well-being. Sharing stories, revealing information about oneself or also known as self-disclosure is expected to be a preventive factor to ultimately improve psychological well-being in emerging adulthood. This research intends to explore whether there is a significant effect between self- disclosure and psychological well-being in emerging adulthood during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data was processed by quantitative methods using linear regression analysis. Results of this research is that self- disclosure has an significant effects, which is 42,8% on psychological well- being during emerging adulthood in the COVID-19 pandemic. This also supported by the results that four out of five dimensions of self-disclosure (intent, amount, positiveness, and honesty) have a significant relation with psychological well-being.
