Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dimensi attachment dengan need for achievement (n-Ach) pada mahasiswa peserta magang Kampus Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersfiat korelasional. Partisipan merupakan mahasiswa peserta magang program Kampus Merdeka di wilayah Jabodetabek yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Experiences in Close Relationship – Revised – General Short Form (ECR-R-GSF) untuk mengukur attachment dan Achievement Motivation Scale – Revised (AMS-R) untuk mengukur n-Ach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara attachment-related anxiety dengan fear of failure peserta magang program Kampus Merdeka, sedangkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara attachment-related anxiety dengan hope of success. Selanjutnya, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara attachment-related avoidance baik dengan hope of success mau pun fear of failure. Adapun hasil temuan lain terkait dimensi attachment dan n-Ach turut dibahas dalam penelitian ini. / This study aims to see the relationship between the dimensional attachment and the need for achievement (n-Ach) of students participating in the Kampus Merdeka internship. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research method. The participants of this study are students interns of Kampus Merdeka in Jabodetabek area, obtained using purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used were Experiences in Close Relationship – Revised – General Short Form (ECR-R-GSF) to measure attachment and Achievement Motivation Scale – Revised (AMS-R) to measure n-Ach. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between attachment-related anxiety and fear of failure of the Kampus Merdeka program interns, while there was no significant relationship between attachment-related anxiety and hope of success. Furthermore, no significant relationship was found between attachment-related avoidance with either hope of success nor fear of failure. Other findings related to attachment dimensions and n-Ach were also discussed in this study.
