Abstract
Sektor kuliner di Indonesia sedang berkembang pada masa modem ini. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan banyaknya usaha-usaha baru di bidang kuliner yang bermunculan. Kebutuhan manusia akan pangan pun ikut bergeser terutama golongan menengah keatas di kota-kota besar. Manusia selain mencari makanan yang lezat, mereka juga mencari tempat yang nyaman dalam menikmati hidangan yang mereka makan. Klien yaitu Pak Christo dari PT.LUCKY ABADI KULINERINDO ingin membuka sebuah Bistro Perancis di salah satu mal besar di Jakarta dengan nuansa ramah dan moderen namun tetap membawa keindahan Perancis itu sendiri bemama Salut. Dari hasil wawancara dan power point yang didapat. Salut akhimya membawa nuansa Art Nouveau dari Alphonse Mucha namun tetap dibuat moderen dan ramah. Dipercaya bahwa dengan konsep yang demikian akan mempcngaruhi ketertarikan pelanggan untnk mencicipi kuliner dengan nuansa baru yaitu Bistro Salut itu sendiri./ Nowadays, culinary in Indonesia is growing fast. This can be prooved by the number of new businesses that come out in culinary field. Human needs for food has changed, especially for those who are high class people in big cities. Human in addition to looking for food, they also find a comfortable place to enjoy the meal. Mr.Christo from PT.LUCKY ABADI KULINERINDO as client is going to launch a French Bistro in one of the well known malls in Jakarta with a friendly and modem feel yet still bringing the beauty of French itself. The Bistro is going to be called Salut. According to the interviews and power points are obtained, Salut finally was decided to bring the feel of Alphonse Mucha Art Nouveau but still be modem yet friendly. It is.believed that with such concept would affect the interest od customers to taste the new culinary with the feel of Salut itself.
