Senior high school are educational institutions that play an important role in preparing students for their future careers. Nevertheless, one of the challenges faced by senior high school students are indecision to determining majors in college. One of the reasons of this phenomenon is low of career maturity. In accordance with its development, senior high school students should have identify their interest and prepare their career in the future. One of the internal factors that encourage motivation, goals and career expectations is future time perspective. The hypothesis of this research is there a significant impact of future time perspective on the senior high school student’s career maturity. This study is a quantitative approach using Future Time Perspective (CL-FTP) and Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) as the instruments of this study. The result showed that there was no significant impact of future time perspective on career maturity (R2=0.008 p=0.286). / Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang berperan penting dalam mempersiapkan siswa untuk masa depan kariernya. Meskipun demikian, salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh siswa SMA adalah tingginya keragu-raguan dalam menentukan jurusan di perguruan tinggi. Salah satu penyebab keragu-raguan dalam menentukan jurusan adalah lemahnya kematangan karier. Sesuai dengan perkembangannya, siswa seharusnya sudah mengenali minat dan merencanakan karier yang diminatinya untuk masa depan. Salah satu faktor internal yang dapat mendorong motivasi, tujuan, harapan kariernya adalah future time persepective. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan future time perspective terhadap kematangan karier siswa sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat ukur Future Time Perspective (CL-FTP) dan Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh future time perspective terhadap kematangan karier siswa (R2=0.008 p=0.286).
