Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi yang merupakan salah satu pelopor e-commerce di Indonesia dan Bhinneka adalah pemimpin pasar untuk produk 3C. Bhinneka, seperti perusahaan lainnya yang berhubungan erat dengan konsumen, memiliki persaingan ketat dengan perusahaan lain dalam hal memberikan pelayanan yang baik untuk konsumen dan mitra bisnisnya, salah satu kegiatan yang penting untuk dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah perlu memastikan bahwa performa karyawan memenuhi target. Cara untuk mengetahui hal tersebut adalah dengan melakukan penilaian kinerja, Bhinneka sendiri menggunakan metode graphic rating scale yang dinamakan people review, pada saat pelaksanaan dilihat bahwa sudah terdapat kesesuaian dengan teori, Namun sangat disayangkan baru hanya terdapat penilaian terhadap bawahan saja / This research was conducted at PT. Bhinneka Mentari Dimensi which was one of the pioneers of e-commerce in Indonesia and Bhinneka is the market leader for 3C products. Bhinneka, like other companies that are closely related to the consumers, has a tight competition with other companies in terms of providing good service to consumers and business partners, one of the important activities for companies to do is to ensure that employee performance meets targets. The way to find out is to do a performance appraisal. Bhinneka itself uses a graphic rating scale method called people review. At the time of implementation, it was seen that there was conformity with the theory. However, it is very unfortunate that there is only an assessment of subordinates.
