Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah 1) Terdapat pengaruh antara stress kerja terhadap turnover intention pada Rumah Sakit X di Jakarta Pusat, 2) Terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada Rumah Sakit X di Jakarta Pusat, 3) Terdapat pengaruh antara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada Rumah Sakit X di Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dipilih berjumlah 150 responden perawat di Rumah Sakit X di Jakarta Pusat. Hasil menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif antara stress kerja dan pengaruh negative antara lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Selanjutnya penemuan berikutnya yakni tidak terdapat pengaruh antara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap turnover intention. / The purpose of this study was to examine whether 1) There is an influence between job stress on turnover intention at X Hospital in Central Jakarta, 2) There is an influence between the work environment on turnover intention at X Hospital in Central Jakarta, 3) There is an influence between work life balance on turnover intention at X hospitals in Central Jakarta. The selected sample amounted to 150 respondents nurses at X hospitals in Central Jakarta. The results show that there is a positive effect between work stress and negative effect between work environment on turnover intention. Furthermore, the next finding is that there is no influence between work life balance on turnover intention.
