Abstract

Adanya perkembangan teknologi, memungkinkan setiap orang untuk berinteraksi secara virtual melalui social media. Individu maupun organisasi juga menggunakan social media seperti TikTok untuk berbagi informasi dan melakukan promosi terhadap suatu produk kepada khalayak luas. Maka dari itu, content creator dibutuhkan untuk membuat konten dan mengelola social media dari produk tersebut. Pemagang melakukan kegiatan magang sebagai content creator sekaligus menjalankan peran marketing public relations di PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia) untuk melakukan promosi produk klien melalui TikTok. Setelah melakukan kegiatan magang yang berlangsung selama 4 bulan di PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia), pemagang telah mencapai tujuan magang yaitu membuat konten video untuk mempromosikan produk klien kepada khalayak luas. Pemagang bertanggung jawab untuk membuat konten yang terdiri dari tulisan, gambar, suara, video ataupun gabungan dari beberapa materi. Selain itu, pemagang juga bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil setelah melakukan kegiatan magang di PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia) adalah seorang content creator memiliki peranan penting dalam pengelolaan social media. Namun, content creator juga harus tetap menanamkan dan memperhatikan nilai – nilai dari suatu perusahaan./With the development of technology, it is possible for everyone to interact virtually through social media. Individuals and organizations also use social media such as TikTok to share information and promote a product to a wide audience. Therefore, content creator are needed to create content and manage social media for these products. Apprentices conduct internship as content creator as well a carry out marketing public relations roles at PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia) to promote client products through TikTok. After doing an internship that lasted for 4 months at PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia). the intern has achieved the internship goals, which is to create video contents to promote client products to a wide audience. Apprentices are responsible for creating content consisting of text, images, sound, video, or a combination of several materials. In addition, the intern is also responsible for maintaining good relations with clients. The conclusion that can be drawn after doing an internship at PT Media Mahakarya (Sense Indonesia) is that a content creator has an important role in managing social media. However, content creator must also continue to instill an pay attention to the values of the company.
