Penelitian ini mengenai akibat hukum Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP) Restoran yang telah berlaku efektif namun belum melakukan pemenuhan komitmen ke Dinas Pariwisata. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai bagaimana peran Notaris dalam melaksanakan PP Izin Elektronik dan PP OSS RBA dalam membantu kemudahan berusaha serta akibat hukum yang akan diterima oleh pelaku usaha atas TDUP Restoran yang belum memenuhi komitmen. Dalam meneliti hal tersebut penulis menggunakan metode penelitian gabungan antara yuridis normatif dan empiris dengan menggunakan data dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan juga pendekatan kasus, yaitu dengan mewawancarai langsung Badan Koordinasi Penaman Modal, Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu, Notaris dan pelaku usaha restoran. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Notaris berperan dalam proses pengurusan perizinan berusaha sehingga dapat membantu kemudahan berusaha dan untuk TDUP Restoran yang berlaku efektif namun belum memenuhi komitmen akan mendapatkan sanksi administratif dari Dinas Pariwisata dan wajib memenuhi komitmen dalam jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. / This Research is about the legal consequences of a Restaurant Business Registration Certificate (TDUP) which has been effective but has not fulfilled its commitment to the Tourism Office. The problem in this research is about how the role of the Notary in implementing the PP Electronic Permit and PP OSS RBA in helping ease of doing business and the legal consequences that will be received by business actors for TDUP Restaurants that have not fulfilled their commitments. In researching this, the author uses a combined research method between normative and empirical juridical using data from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials with data collection carried out using a Legislative approach and also a case approach, namely by directly interviewing the Investment Coordinating Board, Service One Stop Integrated, Notary and restaurant business. From the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the Notary plays a role in the process of obtaining business permits so that it can help facilitate business and for Restaurant TDUP that is effective but has not fulfilled the commitment, will receive administrative sanctions from the Tourism Office and must fulfill the commitment within the specified time period
