Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi berjalan dengan sangat pesat di era globalisasi ini. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh suatu perusahaan selalu berubah-ubah seiring berjalannya waktu dikarenakan perilaku dan kebiasaan konsumen yang juga selalu berubah. Strategi komunikasi pemasaran terkini yang saat ini sedang sangat popular adalah komunikasi pemasaran lewat media sosial, karena tidak hanya rendah biaya tapi juga sangat efektif. Sebagai perusahaan yang telah menerapkan pemasaran media sosial sebagai salah satu dari daftar strategi pemasaran mereka, PT Gemilang Jaya Prestasi yang membawahi Hi Jakarta Production memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai peron pemasaran untuk kegiatan promosi melalui media sosial. Pemagang bekerja sebagai Social Media Specialist dimana tanggung jawab utama pemagang adalah menciptakan tema dan konsep serta memproduksi konten untuk media sosial. Penyelesaian program magang ini memberikan kesadaran pada pemagang bahwa ketika berhasil menerapkan strategi pemasaran media sosial pada perusahaan, maka tujuan praktek sebagai Social Media Specialist akan dapat berfungsi dengan maksimal dengan menerapkan kerangka digital marketing seperti RACE untuk dasar visualisasi konten berupa foto dan video di dalam akun media sosial Instagram @hijakartaproduction./Technological developments run very rapidly in this era of globalization. The marketing communication strategy implemented by a company is always changing over time due to the behavior and habits of consumers who are also always changing. The latest marketing communication strategy that is currently very popular is marketing communication through social media, because it is not only low cost but also very effective. As a company that has implemented social media marketing as one of their list of marketing strategies, PT Gemilang Jaya Prestasi which oversees Hi Jakarta Production uses Instagram as their social media marketing platform. Interns work as Social Media Specialists where the main responsibility of interns is to create themes and concepts and produce content for social media. Completion of this internship program provides awareness to interns that when successfully implementing a social media marketing strategy in a company, the purpose of practicing as a Social Media Specialist will be able to function optimally by applying a digital marketing framework such as RACE for the basis of visualizing content in the form of photos and videos in media social Instagram account @hijakartaproduction
