Abstract

Makanan Tradisional Indonesia perlu diajarkan secara turun temurun agar aset kebudayaan bangsa tidak hilang begitu saja. Jajanan Tradisional yang ada di Indonesia berasal dari berbagai tempat mulai Sabang hingga Merauke memiliki makanan khas masing-masing. Akan tetapi, seiring perkembangan zaman yang begitu pesat, membuat generasi muda kurang mengetahui keberadaan kue tradisional. Choux di Indonesia biasanya dikenal dengan sebutan “soes”. Makanan ini disukai berbagai kalangan dan banyak variasi yang membuatnya tetap di gemari berbagai kalangan. Melihat hal ini, penulis akan mengadakan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Aneka Rasa Choux au Craquelin Dengan Cita Rasa Jajanan Tradisional Indonesia kepada Sekolah Menegah Atas Kristen 1 Bina Bakti Bandung Kata kunci: Jajanan Tradisional, Choux au Craquelin, PkM./Traditional Indonesian food needs to be taught from generation to generation so that our cultural assets don't just disappear. Market snacks in Indonesia from various places from Sabang to Merauke have their own peculiarities. But along with the rapid development of the times, making the younger generation less aware of the existence of traditional cakes. Choux in Indonesia is usually known as "soes". This food is liked by various groups and there are many variations that make it still loved by various groups. Seeing this, the author will hold a Community Service of Assorted Flavors Choux au Craquelin with Indonesian Traditional Snacks for Christian High School 1 Bina Bakti Bandung Keywords: Traditional Snacks, Choux au Craquelin, PkM.
