Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk memberikan ilmu dan keterampilan baru kepada masyarakat. Penulis mengusung tema Pengenalan dan Pelatihan Mengenai Olahan Seitan untuk acara Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini. Seitan merupakan daging tiruan yang terbuat dari tepung protein tinggi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini ada (1 Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki dan diperoleh mahasiswa melalui Fakultas Pariwisata program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan, Universitas Pelita Harapan, (2 Untuk memperkenalkan kepada peserta binaan di SML UMKM Centre mengenai seitan dan cara mengolahnya dalam hidangan khas Indonesia, (3 Untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya mengonsumsi makanan yang sehat dan bergizi di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Oleh karena itu, tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat membuat program dalam bentuk workshop dengan mengajarkan peserta di SML UMKM Centre cara mengolah seitan dalam hidangan khas Indonesia serta membangun kesadaran bahwa mengonsumsi makanan sehat di masa pandemi Covid-19 itu penting dan dapat membantu meningkatkan imun tubuh.

Community service is an activity carried out to provide new knowledge and skills to the community. The community service team carries the theme Introduction and Training Regarding Processed Seitan for this community service event. Seitan is an artificial meat made from high protein flour. The objectives to be achieved through this community service activity are (1 To provide knowledge and skills possessed and obtained by students through the Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality Management study program, Pelita Harapan University, (2 To introduce about seitan and how to process it in Indonesian culinaries to the participants at SML UMKM Centre, (3 To provide knowledge about the importance of consuming healthy and nutritious food during this Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the community service team created a program in the form of a workshop by teaching the participants at SML UMKM Centre how to process seitan in Indonesian culinaries and build awareness that eating healthy food during the Covid-19 pandemic is important and can help boost the body's immune system.
