Abstract
Kelapa merupakan buah berwarna hijau berbentuk bulat dan menyudut pada sisi bawahnya buah kelapa berasal dari tanaman tropis sehingga sangat mudah di temukan di wilayah tropis khususnya Indonesia, pada umumnya buah kelapa terdiri dari kulit, daging kelapa dan air kelapa. Sebagian besar Indonesia menggunakan kelapa sebagai bahan dasar dalam pembuatan makanan khususnya pada hidangan penutup sehingga sangat mudah bagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk mencari makanan berbahan dasar kelapa. Puding Cincau Kelapa Muda dan Klappertaart merupakan camilan khas Indonesia yang mudah di temui di berbagai tempat, puding cincau kelapa muda dan klaapertaart sendiri memiliki tekstur yang kenyal dan memiliki rasa yang manis dan segar sehingga makanan tersebut banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Melihat dari fakta tersebut, penulis mengadakan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat untuk membuat Puding Cincau kelapa Muda dan Klappertaart kepada ibu-ibu di rumah pintar BSD – SML UMKM Centre yang diikuti sebanyak 32 Peserta dimana penulis mengajarkan pemaparan produk melalui pemutaran video dan live cooking. Penulis mendapatkan hasil yang cukup memuaskan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yang dapat dilihat melalui hasil feedback yang disebarkan melalui form. Dari hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini penulis dapat membantu ibu-ibu rumah pintar BSD-SML UMKM dengan memberikan ide untuk berjualan dimana kegiatan ibu-ibu rumah pintar BSD-SML UMKM mempunyai kegiatan berbasis ekonomi. / Coconut is a green fruit that is round and angular on the bottom side, coconut comes from tropical plants, so it is very easy to find in tropical areas, especially in Indonesia, coconuts generally consist of skin, coconut flesh and coconut water. Most of Indonesians food uses coconut as a basic ingredient especially in desserts, so it is very easy for Indonesian people to find coconut-based foods. Puding Cincau Kelapa Muda and Klappertaart is one of Indonesian dessert that easy to find in various places, Puding Cincau Kelapa Muda and klaapertaart themselves have a chewy texture and have a sweet and fresh taste so that these foods are in great demand by the public. Seeing this fact, the research team wanted to hold a Community Service to make Young Coconut Cincau Pudding and Klappertaart in Rumah Pintar BSD-SML UMKM Centre. which was attended by 32 participants by exposure through video playback and live cooking. The author gets satisfactory results from this workshop which can be seen through by the results of feedback. From the results of this Community Service, we gave BSD-SML UMKM by providing ideas for selling where the activities of BSD-SML UMKM have economic-based activities.
