Abstract
Community service is a social activity that is needed today to increase the sense of concern for a community by sharing and applying knowledge and skills. The objectives of implementing the community service are (1) to provide benefits through the application of knowledge and skills possessed by students based on what we had studied at the Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University, (2) to introduce the congregation of GKY Karawaci a new creation of fusion food in the form of Onigiri, a food from Japan, with chicken filling in Indonesian-taste and (3) become a reference for the congregation of GKY Karawaci to develop business ideas through the creation of new dishes. Therefore, the community service team wants to carry out training activities using ingredients that are easy to find and processed to make fusion food products in the form of Japanese Onigiri with Indonesian-taste chicken in the form of an online workshop through ZOOM application for the congregation of GKY Karawaci. The community service team hopes that this activity can be useful and can be developed in the future.
