Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 yang menyerang semua masyarakat di dunia membuat mereka harus melakukan banyak penyesuaian terhadap aktivitas mereka sehari-hari dengan kebiasaan baru yang disebut sebagai new normal. Akhirnya banyak kegiatan sehari-hari yang seharusnya dilakukan diluar rumah menjadi dilakukan di dalam rumah. Salah satunya adalah dalam memperoleh makanan dan minuman untuk sehari-hari. Karena alasan higienitas banyak masyarakat yang akhirnya memilih untuk melakukan take-away atau memasak makanannya sendiri di rumah. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyediakan 15 resep makanan yang berasal dari Korea Selatan untuk memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk membuat makanan dan minuman sendiri di rumah. Karena ketertarikan masyarakat Indonesia akan Korea Selatan yang besar, terutama pada saat pandemi berlangsung, penulis memutuskan untuk memperkenalkan budaya, masakan dan minuman khas Korea Selatan di dalam buku resep ini. / The COVID-19 pandemic that attacks all people in the world makes them have to make many adjustments to their daily activities with new habits called the new normal. Finally, many daily activities that should be done outside the home become done inside the house. One of them is in obtaining food and drink for the day. Due to hygiene reasons, many people finally choose to do take-away or cook their own food at home. Therefore, the author provides 15 food recipes originating from South Korea to facilitate people to make their own food and drinks at home. Due to the great interest of the Indonesian people in South Korea, especially during the pandemic, the author decided to introduce South Korean culture, cuisine and drinks in this recipe book.
