Abstract

Dengan melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dapat memberikan pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswi dalam membuat no-bake vegan dessert. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah suatu kegiatan dimana kami memberikan wawasan, dan pembelajaran serta untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian kami terhadap masyarakat dengan memberikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang kami pelajari. Terdapat juga beberapa tujuan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu (1) Untuk memberikan ilmu dan pengetahuan yang kami miliki dalam pelajaran di Fakultas Pariwisata, Universitas Pelita Harapan, (2) Untuk mempraktekkan ilmu-ilmu yang kami peroleh melalui studi di Fakultas Pariwisata, Universitas Pelita Harapan, (3) Untuk mempraktekkan siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 73 Jakarta mengenai cara membuat 20 no-bake vegan dessert dengan menu vegan brownies, vegan snickerz chocolate bars, dan mango sticky rice. Dengan ini, kami akan membuat kegiatan dalam bentuk workshop online kepada siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 73 Jakarta mengenai cara membuat vegan brownies, vegan snickerz chocolate bars, dan sticky mango rice yang dapat dikonsumsi oleh setiap kalangan dengan tujuan untuk menambah ilmu dan wawasan dan juga dapat memberi ide bisnis kepada para wirausaha. Dengan diadakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dan nilai positif kepada siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 73 Jakarta/By doing community service activities, it can provide learning to students in making no-bake vegan desserts. This community service is an activity where we provide insight, and learning as well as to increase our sense of concern for the community by imparting the knowledge and skills we learn. There are also several objectives in carrying out this community service activity, namely (1) To provide knowledge and knowledge that we have in lessons at the Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University, (2) To put into practice the knowledge we have gained through studies at the Faculty of Tourism, Universitas Pelita Harapan, (3) To practice the students of SMK Negeri 73 Jakarta on how to make 20 no-bake vegan desserts with vegan brownies, vegan snickerz chocolate bars, and mango sticky rice menus. With this, we will make activities in the form of online workshops for students of SMK Negeri 73 Jakarta on how to make vegan brownies, vegan snickerz chocolate bars, and sticky mango rice that can be consumed by everyone with the aim of increasing knowledge and insight and can also give business ideas to entrepreneurs. By holding this community service, it is hoped that it can provide benefits and positive values to students at SMK Negeri 73 Jakarta.
