Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor keputusan penggunaan kembali layanan aplikasi Halodoc dimana hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh central behavior, peripheral cues, perceived e-health literacy, trust dan satisfaction. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada di Indonesia dan kemudahan transaksi yang ditawarkan melalui internet maupun media sosial yang menyebabkan kenaikan pengguna internet di Indonesia. Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi, perkembangan layanan kesehatan di Indonesia pun kian berkembang dengan hadirnya layanan telemedicine, layanan telemedicine memberikan kemudahan konsultasi atau pemeriksaan kesehatan dengan pihak medis yang dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja melalui jarak jauh. Dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 250 pengguna aplikasi Halodoc berpartisipasi melengkapi kuesioner dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability – purposive sampling yang menggunakan filter agar sampel yang diperoleh lebih tepat sasaran, kemudian data diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.3 yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif central behavior dan peripheral cues terhadap trust, pengaruh perceived e-health literacy terhadap hubungan antara central behavior dengan trust serta peripheral cues dengan trust serta pengaruh positif antara trust dan satisfaction terhadap continuance intention yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap penggunaan kembali layanan telemedicine Halodoc.
