Abstract

RS Kasih Insani merupakan sebuah rumah sakit tipe D di daerah Sukatani, Bekasi. Berdasarkan survei kepuasan pasien rawat jalan RS Kasih Insani tahun 2020, yaitu sebesar 85.2%, sedangkan target standar pelayanan minimalnya adalah sebesar 90%. Menurut data ini, terdapat kesenjangan antara standar dan capaian rumah sakit ini. Tidak tercapainya target kepuasan pasien terjadi karena tuntutan kebutuhan pasien yang semakin meningkat tidak diiringi dengan perbaikan pelayanan kesehatan. Kepuasan pasien menjadi suatu indikator berhasilnya layanan kesehatan di sebuah rumah sakit. Observasi dan pengumpulan pengetahuan mengenai faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien dapat menjadi cara yang tepat untuk mengurangi pasien yang tidak puas dan menentukan strategi pemasaran serta pelayanan untuk meningkatkan profit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang memanfaatkan pengolahan data dari sampel sejumlah 200 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner berskala Likert dan data diolah menggunakan analisa PLS-SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.9. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, tiga variabel independent ini masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien. Harga berpengaruh sebesar 31%, lokasi sebesasr 26,1%, dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 13% terhadap kepuasan pasien. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Oleh karena itu, pihak manajemen RS disarankan untuk semakin memperhatikan ketepatan penentuan harga, terutama kesesuaiannya dengan kualitas pelayanan agar dapat mencapai target kepuasan pasien. / Kasih Insani is a type D hospital located in Sukatani, Bekasi. According to the outpatient satisfaction survey in this hospital in 2020, the patient satisfaction score is at 85.2% lower than the minimal service standard targeted at 90%. This data draws a gap between standard and the actual realization of this hospital. This patient satisfaction gap happened because the needs of the patients are not followed with the healthcare service improvement. Patient satisfaction has become one of the success indicators of the health service in the hospital. Knowing the factors that is related to the patient satisfaction can be the right way to reduce the number of unsatisfied patients by developing marketing and service strategy to increase profitability. This research used quantitative method utilizing data analysis of 200 respondents. The data collected by utilizing Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed by PLS-SEM (SmartPLS 3.2.9). Based on this study, every independent variable studied was positively correlated to patient satisfaction. Price has the highest impact, 31% to patient satisfaction, while location and service quality has 26,1% and 13% impact respectively. There are also other factors correlating to the patient satisfaction that were not studied. The hospital management team needs to evaluate more about the price compatibility to the service quality to increase the hospital’s targeted patient satisfaction rate.
