Abstract
angladesh is one of the countries with a high number of child labors. A 2013 report shows that there are around 1.7 million child labors in Bangladesh. The condition of child labor there is quite concerning. Child Labors in Bangladesh are at high risk of exposure to safety and health hazards, as well as being vulnerable to abuse and exploitation in the workplace. International Labour Organization (ILO) takes part in dealing with this problem. This research is focusing on ILO as an international organization that wants to deal with child labor problem in Bangladesh, especially from 2007 to 2017. This research uses the theory of Liberalism accompanied by the concepts of International Organizations, Child Labor, and Human Rights. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method that uses secondary data. The results of this research explain how the conditions of child labor in Bangladesh are. In addition, it also shows that ILO seeks to reduce the number of child labor in Bangladesh by initiating effective and relevant programs. But of course, ILO is faced with various challenges in dealing with this problem. Most of the challenges ILO needs to face actually came from the causes of child labor in Bangladesh itself.
