Abstract
Empon-empon berasal dari bahasa Jawa, yaitu dari kata “Empu” yang berarti rimpang induk atau akar tinggal merupakan salah satu minuman tradisional asli Indonesia yang sudah ada sejak zaman dulu yang terbuat dari bahan alami, seperti kunyit, jahe, temulawak, dan serai. Empon-empon dikenal sebagai salah satu minuman untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Tetapi empon-empon sangat jarang untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk lain. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari seminar hasil ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan dan memaparkan hasil dari penelitian serta untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari pihak terkait mengenai hasil penelitian. Hasil dari seminar ini ada beberapa revisi mengenai latar belakang, rumusan masalah, tujuan, metode penelitian, serta hasil penelitian. Dari kegiatan seminar hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penjelasan mengenai presentasi seminar hasil berjalan lancar dan saran yang diberikan oleh dosen reviewer akan digunakan untuk memperbaiki laporan penelitian./Empon-empon comes from the Javanese language, namely from the word "Empu" which means the main rhizome or root stay is one of the traditional Indonesian drinks that have existed since ancient times made from natural ingredients, such as turmeric, ginger, ginger, and lemongrass. Empon-empon is known as one of the drinks to increase the body's immunity. But empons are very rare to be developed into other products. Therefore, the purpose of this results seminar is to explain and explain the results of the research and to get feedback from related parties
regarding the research results. The results of this seminar were several revisions regarding the background, problem formulation, objectives, research methods, and research results. From the results of this seminar, it can be concluded that the explanation of the presentation of the results of the seminar went smoothly and the suggestions given by the reviewer lecturers will be used to improve the research report.
