Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi konsumen atas makanan kaki lima sate Taichan terhadap minat mengunjungi kembali di kawasan Senayan, Jakarta Selatan. Adapun rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 6 faktor yaitu, Kualitas makanan, Keamanan pangan, Harga, Lingkungan, Pertimbangan kesehatan, dan Risiko COVID-19 berpengaruh terhadap minat mengunjungi kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan keterangan tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berkunjung kembali. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data dengan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul tersebut kemudian akan diolah menggunakan SPSS dan akan dilakukan pengujian statistik deskriptif, uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji korelasi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, serta uji f. / This study was conducted to determine the effect of consumer perceptions of street food Sate Taichan on the revisit intention of the Senayan area, South Jakarta. The formulation of the problem from this research is to find out 6 factors which are, Food Quality, Food Safety, Price, Environment, Health Consideration, and COVID-19 Risk, which affect the interest in revisiting. This study aims to provide information about the factors that influence the interest in visiting again. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method, collecting data by means of a questionnaire. The collected data will then be processed using SPSS and will be tested for descriptive statistics, reliability test, validity test, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, normality test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test.
