Abstract
Era modern yang mengharuskan semua serba cepat dan waktu yang singkat, membuat masyarakat ingin melakukan segala aktvitas dengan cepat,. Sehingga masyarakat cenderung mencari makanan yang instan. Sosis mengandung protein dan kadar lemak jenuh yang tinggi. Sosis adalah produk olahan yang sebagian besar menggunakan daging yang diproses dengan cara dihaluskan dan dibentuk. Bahan pangan nabati adalah bahan pangan organik yang dihasilkan tumbuhan ketika membuat makanannya sendiri. Pada pelatihan ini, penulis memilih wortel dan edamame sebagai olahan sosis yang akan dipelajari oleh peserta. Diharapkan melalui pelatihan ini agar dapat memberi pengetahuan cara mengolah wortel dan edamame menjadi sosis kepada peserta SML UMKM Centre. / Modern life, which requires everything to be fast-paced and in a short time, makes people want to do all their activities quickly. So people tend to look for instant food. Sausage contains protein and high levels of saturated fat. Sausage is a processed product that mostly uses meat that is processed by mashing and shaping. Vegetable foodstuffs are organic food ingredients that plants produce when they make their own food. In this training, the authors chose carrots and edamame as sausage preparations that the participants would study. It is hoped that this training will provide knowledge on how to process carrots and edamame into sausages to SML UMKM Center participants.
