Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat tanpa mengharapkan imbalan apapun. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat termasuk salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam membangun suatu budaya masyarakat yang berketerampilan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) memperkenalkan choux au craquelin (2) memberikan edukasi tentang manfaat wijen hitam (3) memberi pelatihan mengenai pembuatan choux au craquelin berbahan dasar wijen hitam (4) membangun kerjasama antara Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan SMK Wisata Indonesia. Kata kunci : pengabdian kepada masyarakat, choux au craquelin, wijen hitam./ Community service is an activity to provide knowledge and skills to the community without expecting anything in return. Community Service is one of the Tri Dharma of universities to build a skilled community culture. The objectives of these community service activities are: (1) introducing choux au craquelin (2) providing education about the benefits of black sesame (3) providing training on making choux au craquelin with black sesame based (4) having a partnership between Faculty of Tourism Pelita Harapan University and SMK Wisata Indonesia.
