Abstract
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah sebuah kegiatan sosial dimana dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan rasa kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dengan memberikan ilmu dan juga keterampilan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan melalui Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dalam rangka mengenalkan Makanan Khas
Kalimantan kepada generasi muda yang cenderung masih banyak yang tidak mengenal makanan khas daerah tersebut. Pelatihan akan diberikan kepada murid�murid SMK Pariwisata Paramitha Bekasi adalah pelatihan yang berbasis praktik, dengan menjelaskan dan menampilkan video demo pembuatan makanan tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk (1) Untuk memperkenalkan lebih dalam Makanan khas Kalimantan kepada beberapa generasi muda, (2) Mengajarkan peserta bagaimana caranya membuat Sambal Goreng Kakap dan Gulai Pakis yang merupakan Makanan khas Kalimantan (3) Menerapkan ilmu dan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari mahasiswa dari studi literatur serta menguji coba dari beberapa buku resep. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan diadakan dalam bentuk workshop untuk mengajarkan kepada Murid-murid SMK Pariwisata Paramitha Bekasi membuat Sambal Goreng Kakap dan Gulai Pakis yang merupakan makanan khas Kalimantan yang unik serta bahan bakunya mudah didapatkan. Terutama diingat kembali masih banyak generasi muda yang tidak mengenal makanan asli Kalimantan, sehingga kegiatan ini dapat
mengenalkan kepada peserta beberapa makanan asli dari Kalimantan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat bermanfaat untuk peserta dan juga dapat dikembangkan.

Community Service is a social activity where it is needed to increase a sense of concern for the community by providing knowledge and skills.The training, which was conducted through Community Service, was in order to introduce Kalimantan's Special Food to the younger generation, many of whom tend to be unfamiliar with the local specialties. The training that will be given to students of SMK Pariwisata Paramitha Bekasi is a practice-based training, by
explaining and showing a demonstration video of making the food. The objectives of this community service activity are (1) To introduce more deeply the typical food of Kalimantan to several young generations, (2) Teach participants how to
make Sambal Goreng Kakap and Gulai Pakis which are typical foods of Kalimantan (3) Apply knowledge and knowledge gained from students from literature studies as well as testing from several recipe books. Therefore, Community Service will be held in the form of a workshop to teach students of SMK Pariwisata Paramitha Bekasi to make Sambal Goreng Kakap and Gulai Pakis which are unique Kalimantan specialties and the raw materials are easy. obtained. It is especially important to remember that there are still many young people who do not know the original food of Kalimantan, so this event can introduce participants to some of the original foods from Kalimantan. It is hoped that this activity can be useful for participants and can also be developed.
