Abstract

Arata Standing Ramen Bar adalah sebuah restoran quick casual yang menawarkan Ramen sebagai makanan utamanya. Lingkungan, suasana, dan konsep dari restoran ini terinspirasi dari standing bar yang banyak dijumpai di Jepang karena budaya disiplin waktu yang mereka miliki. Restoran ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengenalkan budaya disiplin waktu dengan konsep makan tanpa kursi agar pengunjung yang datang hanya memiliki tujuan untuk makan saja. Restoran akan berlokasi di Golf Island Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara. Restoran ini adalah restoran quick casual yang menyajikan menu à la carte. Jumlah total pegawai yang dibutuhkan diputuskan berjumlah 14 orang. Bisnis akan mengambil bentuk badan usaha Perseroan Terbatas (PT), dengan seluruh izin dan aspek legal yang sudah dirincikan. Akan ada dua (2) orang pelaksana bisnis yang akan menginvestasikan modal awal sebesar Rp. 330.000.000 dengan jumlah saham 500 lembar kepada bisnis. Pada aspek keuangan, Arata Standing Ramen Bar akan membutuhkan investasi awal sebesar Rp. 1.069.050.564, dengan 30% ekuitas pemilik sebesar Rp. 320.715.169 dan 70% pinjaman bank sebesar Rp. 748.335.395. Biaya operasional untuk tahun pertama diproyeksikan sebesar Rp. 4.114.740.185. Laba kotor tahun pertama diproyeksikan senilai Rp. 3.290.798.315, dengan laba bersih sebesar Rp. 478.672.834. Titik Impas (Break Even Point) dicapai pada penjualan 85%. Periode pengembalian (Payback Period) adalah 2 tahun 5 bulan 12 hari. Nilai Internal Rate of Return adalah 45,74%, lebih besar daripada nilai WACC yaitu 6,28%. Indeks profitabilitas (Profitability Index) bernilai 4,24, lebih besar daripada 1. Kesimpulannya, bisnis Arata Standing Ramen Bar layak untuk dijalankan./Arata Standing Ramen Bar is a quick casual restaurant that offers Ramen as its main dish. The environment, atmosphere, and concept of this restaurant are inspired by the standing bars that are often found in Japan because of their culture of time discipline. This restaurant aims to introduce a culture of time discipline with the concept of eating without chairs so that visitors who come only have the purpose of eating. The restaurant will be located at Golf Island Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta. This restaurant is a quick casual restaurant that serves an la carte menu. The total number of employees needed was decided to be 14 people. The business will take the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT), with all permits and legal aspects detailed. There will be two (2) business executives who will invest an initial capital of Rp. 330,000,000 with a total of 500 shares to the business. On the financial aspect, Arata Standing Ramen Bar will require an initial investment of Rp. 1,069,050,564, with 30% owner's equity of Rp. 320,715,169 and 70% bank loans amounting to Rp. 748,335,395. Operational costs for the first year are projected at Rp. 4,114,740,185. Gross profit for the first year is projected at Rp. 3,290,798,315, with a net profit of Rp. 478,672,834. Break Even Point is achieved at 85% sales. The payback period is 2 years 5 months 12 days. The value of the Internal Rate of Return is 45.74%, greater than the WACC value of 6.28%. The profitability index (Profitability Index) is 4.24, greater than 1. In conclusion, the Arata Standing Ramen Bar business is feasible to run.
