Abstract
Di era digital ini, manusia tidak lepas dari penggunaan media sosial yang memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu manfaat dari penggunaan internet pada adalah memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media komunikasi dalam memperkenalkan suatu produk/jasa perusahaan. Praktek magang ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat mempelajari strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan pada industri kuliner Ramen 38 Sanpachi Gading Serpong (Jl. Gading Serpong Boulevard Blok BA2 No.5) khususnya pada penggunan media sosial Instagram. Pelaksanaan magang dilakukan pada tanggal 9 Agustus - 30 November 2021 dibawah naungan PT. Indo Berkah Selera. Teori yang dikatikan adalah Marketing Communication Mix khusunya penerapkan strategi digital marketing dan content marketing melalui media sosial Instagram. Pemagang ditempatkan di Divisi Marketing sebagai Staff Intern yang bertugas untuk merancang dan menentukan strategi media promosi yang tepat. Instagram perlu dioptimalkan oleh perusahaan dalam bersaing dengan perusahaan lain karena berfungsi untuk melakukan branding, media promosi, media perkenalan, dengan tujuan akhir untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat. Tempat magang dipilih karena ketertarikan pemagang dalam bidang kuliner dan kemampuan pemagang dalam mengelola sosial media. Kegiatan magang dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu mengelola penanganan harian Instagram, mengevaluasi tren, dan menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan partner. Hasil praktek magang dituangkan kedalam konten pada akun Instagram @ramen38_gadingserpong./In this digital era, humans cannot be separated from the use of social media that provides benefits for everyday life. One of the benefits of using the internet is to use social media as a medium of communication in introducing a company's product/service. This internship has the aim of being able to learn the marketing communication strategies used in the culinary industry of Ramen 38 Sanpachi Gading Serpong (Jl. Gading Serpong Boulevard Blok BA2 No.5), especially on the use of social media Instagram. The internship will be held on August 9 - November 30, 2021 under the auspices of PT. Indo Blessings of Taste. The theory involved is the Marketing Communication Mix, especially the application of digital and content marketing strategies through Instagram. Interns are placed in the Marketing Division as Internal Staff who are tasked with designing and determining the right promotional media strategy. Instagram needs to be optimized by companies in competing with other companies because it functions to carry out branding, promotional media, introductory media, with the ultimate goal of attracting people's attention. The internship place was chosen because of the intern's interest in the culinary field and the intern's ability to manage social media. Internship activities are carried out in several stages, namely managing the daily handling of Instagram, evaluating trends, and establishing good relationships with partners. The results of the internship practice are poured into the content on the Instagram account @ramen38_gadingserpong.
