Abstract
Seminar Hasil ini adalah tentang penelitian makasan Cina Klasik Xiao Long Bao dan menguji apakah dapat menyatu dengan masakan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan kuesioner kepada 50 responden untuk menguji tentang kualitas produk yang cukup baik dan perbadingan masing-masing produk terhadap satu sama lain melalui berbagi kategori. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menciptakan 4 masakan Indonesia yaitu Soto Ayam Lamongan, Soto Betawi, Sop Ikan Batam, dan Sop Rawon. Seminar Hasil terjadi di online Zoom meeting dan dimulai dengan doa pembuka dan setelah itu angotta seminar hasil memulai mepresentasi penelitiannya. Sesudah mepresentasi, ada sesi tanya jawab dengan dosen penguji. Setelah sesi jawab, doa penutup dimulai oleh PIC. Simpulan rekomendasi yang didapatkan adalah ambil responden yang mendapat sertifikat untuk mendapat saran profesional

The Result Seminar is about the research of the classic Chinese dish Xiao Long Bao and test if it can be fused with Indonesian cuisine. The researcher created 4 Indonesian cuisines: Soto Ayam Lamongan, Soto Betawi, Soup Ikan Batam, and Soup Rawon. This research uses experiments done by giving questionnaires for the 50 respondents to test whether the quality of the products is good enough and compare each of those products to each other through various categories. The Result Seminar took place in an online Zoom meeting and is started with an opening prayer. After the opening prayer, the author started their presentation. After that, there is the question-and-answer with the lecturer reviewer. Afterwards, there is the closing prayer by the PIC. The conclusion of the recommendation that the researcher is given is that the researcher should gathered a respondent who achieved a certificate for a professional advise.
