Abstract

Industri kuliner merupakan salah satu industri yang terus mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut terjadi karena adanya inovasi yang terus diberikan sehinggan menjadi tren dan menarik banyak perhatian masyarakat. Salah satu inovasi yang menjadi tren adalah croffle yang merupakan perpaduan dari dua jenis kudapan yang sudah lebih lama dikenal, yaitu croissant dan waffle sehingga memiliki tekstur yang renyah dan lembut karena memiliki adonan croissant dan dicetak menggunakan panggangan waffle. Kemudian, dari nama croffle sendiri pun sudah terlihat jelas karena merupakan gabungan nama dari croissant dan waffle. Hidangan ini disukai oleh para remaja dan orang dewasa. Melihat hal ini, penulis akan mengadakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Pelatihan Pembuatan Croffle kepada Komisi Wanita Gereja Kristen Indonesia Gading Serpong./Culinary industry is an industry that continues to increase. This increase occurred because of innovations that were continuously provided so that it became a trend and attracted a lot of public attention. One of the innovations that are becoming a trend is croffle, which is a combination of two types of snacks that have been known for a long time, namely croissants and waffles which have a crunchy and soft texture and was a combination of croissant dough and are grilled with a waffle maker. Then, from the name itself, it is clear because it is a combination of the name of croissant and waffle. Teenagers and adults put a lot of interest on croffle. Seeing this, the author will hold a Community Service Training on Croffle Making to the Women's Commission of the Indonesian Christian Church Gading Serpong.
