Abstract
Buku resep merupakan kumpulan resep-resep terpilih yang dan dijadikan dalam satu buku, serta pada masing-masiing resep sudah ditentukan tema, konsep, dan judul yang selaras serta isi buku yang sesuai dengan ketiga hal tersebut. Buku resep ini dibuat untuk dapat membagikan ilmu, memberikan ide, dan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengkreasikan olahan labu kuning sebagai hidangan penutup. Minimnya pengolahan labu kuning di Indonesia, tertutama jenis labu parang membuat kami ingin membuat buku resep yang ditujukan untuk para ibu-ibu, sehingga para ibu-ibu mempunyai lebih banyak referensi mengenai kreasi olahan labu kuning. / A recipe book is a collection of selected recipes and made into one book, and for each recipe, a theme, concept, and title are aligned with the contents of the book are in accordance with these three things. This recipe book was created to be able to share knowledge, provide ideas, and improve people's skills in creating processed pumpkin as a dessert. The lack of pumpkin processing in Indonesia, especially the type of machete pumpkin, made us want to make a recipe book aimed at mothers, so that mothers have more references about the creation of processed pumpkins.
