Abstract

Penelitian analisis postur kerja dan pembuatan purwarupa alat bantu aktivitas pemotongan material berbentuk gulungan dilakukan pada toko retail X yang terletak di Tangerang. Toko retail ini memiliki kesulitan ketika pekerja harus melakukan aktivitas pengukuran dan pemotongan material gulungan. Selain memerlukan waktu yang lama, pekerja juga sering kali merasakan rasa sakit pada tubuhnya setelah melakukan aktivitas ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pada postur tubuh dengan menggunakan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) dan melakukan perbaikan pada postur tubuh dengan membuat alat bantu pengukuran dan pemotongan material berbentuk gulungan dengan metode perancangan stasiun kerja. Pembuatan model 3D alat bantu menggunakan aplikasi CATIA untuk mempermudah proses pengukuran sudut postur tubuh saat melakukan aktivitas dengan menggunakan alat bantu dan perhitungan skor REBA akhir. Alat bantu yang dibuat berhasil menurunkan skor REBA secara signifikan dari 11 yang dikategorikan sebagai tingkat risiko yang tinggi menjadi 3 yang dikategorikan sebagai tingkat risiko rendah. Kemudian dilakukan pembuatan purwarupa dari alat bantu yang bertujuan untuk mendemonstrasikan cara kerja alat bantu serta memastikan alat bantu dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Selain memperbaiki postur tubuh, konsep alat bantu yang dibuat juga memiliki otomatisasi pada proses pengukuran material, sehingga pekerja tidak perlu mengukur material secara manual dan dapat melakukan aktivitas lain saat alat bantu melakukan proses pengukuran. Proses otomatisasi pengukuran menggunakan Arduino sebagai microcontroller utama yang akan mengatur gerak stepper motor yang digunakan. / analysis of work postures and manufacture of prototypes of roll-shaped material cutting tools was carried out at the X retail store located in Tangerang. This retail shop has difficulties when workers have to carry out measurement and cutting activities of roll shaped materials. In addition to taking a long time, workers also often feel pain in their bodies after doing this activity. This study aims to analyse body posture using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method and make improvements to body posture by making measuring and cutting tools in the form of rolls with the work station design method. CATIA is used to make 3D model of the tools and to simplify the process of measuring the angle of the body posture when carrying out activities using tools and calculating the final REBA score. This tool has succeeded in reducing the REBA score significantly from 11 which is categorized as a high-risk level to 3 which is categorized as a low risk level. This research then made a prototype of the tool which aims to demonstrate how the tool works and ensure that the tool can function properly. In addition to improving posture, the concept of the tool made also has automation in the material measurement process, so that workers do not need to measure material manually and can carry out other activities while the tool is carrying out the measurement process. The measurement automation process uses Arduino as the main microcontroller which will regulate the motion of the stepper motor used.
