Abstract

The implementation of restorative justice at school is important, not only to resolve conflict but to nurture a caring community, hence shaping students’ characters. The implementation would be effective when teachers assume their roles as servant leaders. The subject of this research is teachers of Bina Bangsa School where the school is adopting restorative justice. However, there is a performance gap in this area because of the lack of knowledge and skills. Hence, the development of a training module on restorative justice that is specifically designed to promote teachers’ servant leadership for effective implementation is the purpose of this research. The training module is developed to close the performance gap by using ADDIE instructional model. The scope of this research is until the Development stage of the ADDIE process that includes producing the training module and evaluating its effectiveness in a pilot test. The training module consists of 5 sections covering 6 instructional goals. The module is designed as a fully asynchronous online training. Based on the results of pilot training, the training module substantially closes the performance gap of the learners. The training module is ready to be used in a training program for Bina Bangsa School teachers. / Penerapan keadilan restoratif di sekolah penting, tidak hanya untuk menyelesaikan konflik tetapi untuk membina komunitas yang saling peduli, sehingga membentuk karakter siswa. Implementasinya akan efektif ketika guru menjalankan perannya sebagai pemimpin yang melayani. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Bina Bangsa dimana sekolah tersebut menerapkan keadilan restoratif. Namun, ada kesenjangan kinerja di bidang ini karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan modul pelatihan tentang keadilan restoratif yang dirancang khusus untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan pelayan guru sehingga implementasinya efektif adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Modul pelatihan dikembangkan untuk menutup kesenjangan kinerja dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran ADDIE. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini sampai pada tahap Pengembangan proses ADDIE yang meliputi pembuatan modul pelatihan dan evaluasi efektivitasnya dalam uji coba. Modul pelatihan terdiri dari 5 bagian yang mencakup 6 tujuan instruksional. Modul ini dirancang sebagai pelatihan daring yang sepenuhnya dilakukan secara asinkron. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan uji coba, modul pelatihan secara substansial menutup kesenjangan kinerja peserta didik. Modul pelatihan siap digunakan dalam program pelatihan bagi guru-guru Sekolah Bina Bangsa.
