Abstract

Organizational commitment is one of the important parts needed for the sustainability and effectiveness of the organization. Organizational commitment is influenced by several factors such as emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction. The goal of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on teacher organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study involved 56 SDS Dian Harapan Daan Mogot teachers as research subject, where organizational commitment was identified in it. Research design used was path analysis with quantitative approach. The result showed that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organizational commitment, spiritual intelligence influenced positively to organizational commitment, job satisfaction intelligence influenced positively to organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a positive effect on job satisfaction, and spiritual intelligence influenced positively to job satisfaction. By referring to the indirect effect, it was found that emotional intelligence influenced positively to organizational commitment through job satisfaction and spiritual intelligence influenced positively to organizational commitment through job satisfaction. / Komitmen organisasi merupakan salah satu bagian penting yang diperlukan demi keberlangsungan, dan efektivitas organisasi. Komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual terhadap komitmen organisasi guru dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini melibatkan 56 guru SDS Dian Harapan Daan Mogot sebagai subjek penelitian, dimana pada hasil penelitian teridentifikasi komitmen organisasi di dalamnya. Desain penelitian ini berupa analisis jalur dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, kecerdasan spiritual mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi secara positif, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, kecerdasan emosional mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara positif, dan kecerdasan spiritual mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara positif. Dengan merujuk pada pengaruh secara tidak langsung, maka ditemukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja dan kecerdasan spiritual juga mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi secara positif melalui kepuasan kerja
